Cancellation and Returns Policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your contract with HayHop Sunkorb within fourteen days, for any stated reason, subject to compliance with the
provisions of this Cancellation and Returns Policy.
The cancellation period is 14 (fourteen) calendar days from delivery of the
goods.

Your email communication must contain a clear cancellation statement and the reason for the cancellation. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation period requirement, you are required to send the cancellation notification and reasons for cancellation within the 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery of the goods to you or your authorised representative, failing which you will forfeit the right of return.
Repayment
a) If you cancel the contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, less a 5% handling fee of the total sale for the goods and delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid within 5 (five) days of the return of the goods to us..
b) For all repayments we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly reed with you in writing.
c) You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract.
d) You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
e) You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling or use of the goods for any reasons other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
f) In the event that you, as our customer, fall within the definition of a ‘consumer’ pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008,and the reason for the return of the goods is due to the non-conformity to the type and quality reasonably contemplated in the contract, then the handling fee in (a) above and cost for the return of the goods in (d)will not apply, and the return will be at our expense
General information
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in an appropriate packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) You are required to pre-pay all costs for return of the goods (except if the provisions of (f) above apply. You are not permitted send the goods back to us carriage paid.
